Health Services

We prioritize funding for projects that address critical healthcare needs, including preventive care, maternal and child health, mental health services, and the treatment of chronic diseases.

Draft Your LOI

Eligible organizations may submit a Letter of Inquiry (LOI) up to once each quarter (four times per year).

Letters of Inquiry (LOIs) are now accepted via online submission. To submit your LOI form, click “Apply for a Grant” below.

Submit Your LOI

If your LOI is approved, you will be invited to submit a full proposal. Proposals must be submitted within sixty (60) days of LOI approval.
